Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

ND Coaching provides neurodivergent-affirming life coaching services. Our services include:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Executive function support
• Career development guidance
• Consultation calls

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Engage actively in the coaching process
• Respect the boundaries of the coaching relationship

Payment and Cancellation

• Payment is required before each session
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. However, we may be required to disclose information if required by law or if there is a risk of harm to self or others.

Changes to Terms
